John Edgley

Senior Process Engineer

John Edgley joined the company in 2020 as a Graduate Engineer and has since progressed to the role of Senior Process Engineer. John has an engineering background, having earned a masters degree in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University.

John is a key member of our team, contributing to a variety of projects across the business by applying his engineering expertise to drive improvements and innovation. He leads the wastage division and takes great pride in uncovering inefficiencies; nothing excites him more than a factory audit where he can optimise a CIP!

When John isn’t knee-deep in effluent, he’s a devoted rugby fan. He once graced the field for his local team, Warminster RFC, but has since hung up his boots (mostly to avoid cardio). These days, he channels his passion into supporting Bath Rugby from the side-lines. When he isn’t following the rugby, John is normally found on the water somewhere on a surfboard or a kayak!
